Heritage Protection Draft Bill and Statutory Guidance for HERs  

The draft Heritage Protection Bill and draft guidance for Historic Environment Records have been published for pre-legislative scrutiny and are available on the DCMS website:

Comments are invited to be emailed to andrew.lewis@culture.gsi.gov.uk at the DCMS Bill Team until Friday 27th June.
