FLETCHER, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV10257.

Vis=-/-/2001 (fletcher) watching brief on installation of drain around 2 sides of tower recorded layer of stones + boulders near sw corner of tower, probably inserted to aid drainage (fletcher).

Consecrated 1259. West tower of norman or early character, south transept and chancel with evidence of original lancet windows. North aisle is perpendicular.19th century work includes wall panelling and a pulpit by salvin. Plate includes an elizabethan chalice and cover and an 18th century paten (pevsner).
