HER 2858 DESCRIPTION:-
Low mound c1m high 20m dia stony scatter over mound distinct from surrounding area. Scatter of flint within immediate area of mound but almost nothing from rest of field. No quarrying in area nor is it connected with railway construction. In spur slightly marginal close to the base of the Greater Oolite. Not thought to be recorded previously.
