HER 28608 DESCRIPTION:-

A post-medieval charcoal filled pit was found in the northern end of trench 518 during the 1990 evaluation at City Bank Road, Watermoor, Cirencester (SMR 28602). The pit was cut onto the alluvial gravel. {Source Work 5067.}
