SO 8005 SE STONEHOUSE REGENT STREET (west side) 7/187 No 35 II 24/02/87
House on end of row. c1820. Brick with smooth render incised in imitation ashlar; rendered brick chimneys; Welsh slate roof. Two-storey. Front: 3-window fenestration, all sashes without glazing bars in plain openings. Central round arched doorway with 6-panel fielded door and decorative fanlight; flat porch hood with Regency ironwork supports. Ironwork balconies to upper floor windows. Plain parapet. Gable end chimneys. Flat-roofed rear addition with C19 4-pane sashes.
