Full description
1. Beehive-shaped quern of lava-stone with a flat top and wide-mouthed hopper hole. It has 2 socket holes for handles and these are drilled through the whole width of the quern and meet in the hopper hole. A third socket hole was partially drilled and abandoned. H 19cm, diam across base 33cm. Donated by J Martin.
