Full description
Two fields to the north of Ogbeare Farm were called "Castle Marsh" on the Tithe Map in c1840 (b1). In 1974 the OS have already checked the northern of the two fields, but apparently not the more likely castle site to the south (h1). Permission to check this field could not be obtained as the farmer was away (RIS-PCH).
