Full description
The remains of an oval shaped enclosure, 70m by 50m, on the summit of Greenscoombe Hill are visible on aerial photographs (p1) and were plotted as part of the NMP. The site survives as an earth bank but in three places there are gaps; one of these in the east may possibly be an entrance. This site is likely to be a small hillfort or a round. A footpath runs along the western side of the feature.
