Full description

Henderson recorded that a chapel was licensed at Godolphin in 1387. It was renewed in 1390, 1398 and 1420. The chapel does not seem to have survived the Reformation but in Henderson's time some carved stones of C15 date were visible in the gardens of Godolphin House (b3).
