Summary

Site of two piers or quays on north side of Church Hope Cove. '‘Church hope key’ marked on map of 1745. Two piers were shown here, with another on south side (‘Church Hope Piers’) in 1800 and 1837. Outlines of two piers shown (not named) shown on the Tithe Map at ‘Church Ope’ in 1841.
