Full Description
"In the parish of Barrow-upon-Trent, and not far from the river, is a remarkably large tumulus…" (1)
Not located. (2) Briggs may have been referring to Round Hill, Twyford [SMR 27414]. (3)
An examination of all available photography by the RCHME during the National Forest Project revealed no evidence of this barrow. (4)
