Poltimore House. The ceiling has enriched ribs of period two (1600-1650). There are also three ceilings of simple designs of oval mouldings within a square or rectangle. There is a ceiling of period four (about 1735) with classical figures. Neo-classical stucco work of period five (1760-1800) is also found here, dated about 1770.
