Full description

Shame, S., 1994, Woodland Archaeological Survey Kennick and Tottiford Woods, Devon, 1, A2 (Report - Survey). SDV360483.

Granite gatepost with feather and rate marks, sited on the southern corner (of the field/section). Its partner stands across the footpath.
Within Laployd Plantation, this feature lies in an area of mature conifers with obscuring ground cover consisting of brambles, nettle, bracken and grass.
