The wreck of a small boat of probably modern date is visible on aerial photographs of 2002 onwards as a partly submerged structure in the intertidal zone of the River Avon, in a small inlet on the east bank. The visible portion of the boat is nearly five metres long and approximately two metres wide. It has been recorded to avoid erroneous identification as an archaeological monument in the future.
