The former earthwork boundaries are not depicted on the parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48.

The former boundaries are visible as earthwork banks.

Possible former boundaries of potential medieval to post-medieval date are visible as earthwork banks on aerial photographs of 1946 onwards and on digital images derived from LiDAR data captured between 1998-2012, within Parkland to the north of Powderham Castle. The two parallel former boundaries are northeast to southwest aligned, with the eastern of the two banks being L-Shaped in plan. The earthworks, which are not depicted on the parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48 may represent former medieval field boundaries or potential parkland features.
