Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

The former extraction pit is symbolised as a possible pond on the Littleham parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48.

An extraction pit of probable post-medieval to modern date is visible as an earthwork pit on aerial photographs of 1946 onwards at Liverton Business Park. The extraction pit is first symbolised as a possible pond on the Littleham parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48. It is oval in shape, measures approximately 30m in length by 23m in width and is located within an area dominated by similar such earthwork features. The former extraction pit remains visible as an earthwork pit on aerial photographs of 1960, although appears to have been completely levelled by 1985.
