A curvilinear earthwork bank, up to 3 metres in width, is visible on aerial photographs taken from 1947 and on images derived from Lidar data captured in 2006-2007. It is parallel to an extant field boundary circa 15 metres to the north, and is interpreted as a relict boundary bank originating from medieval strip fields. It is not depicted on the available historic mapping, although the extant boundary is, indicating that it passed out of use by the mid nineteenth century. Earthwork remains are highly likely to survive.
