A series of curvilinear earthwork ditches, measuring between 5 and 8 metres in width, are visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2010. They are partially visible on aerial photographs taken from the 1940s onwards and contiguous with several extant boundaries that are depicted on historic maps. They are interpreted as the relict remains of removed field boundaries of probable medieval date. No field boundaries are depicted in this location on the Tithe maps, and this part of the field system would therefore appear to have passed out of use prior to the mid-19th century.
