Possible site of the Kings Arms public house, with associated 'Meadow, Stable and Garden' listed within plot 527 on the Colyton parish tithe apportionment of approximately 1838-48, Colyford.

A single small structure is visible on the eastern side of the plot on the parish tithe map, although it is unclear if this relates to the possible site of the Kings Arms.
