Hegarty, C. + Knight, S. + Sims, R., 2014-2015, East and Mid Devon River Catchments National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV356883.

An oval mound, circa 15 by 22 metres in size, is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs taken from 1989 onwards and on images derived from lidar data captured in 2010. The area is shaded in earlier available aerial photographs. This area was in the wooded grounds of Dulford House, and no specific features are depicted in this location on the available historic maps. However the mound is similar in shape and appearance to a similar earthwork located to the south at ST0695306934 (MDV109232), which corresponds to the location of a tree enclosure, presumably associated with the post-medieval designed parkland.
