Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Large property fronting onto the street and extending round into an inverted C-shape occupied this plot at the time of the Tithe Map depiction. Part of the plot numbered 96; 'Cottages and garden' on the apportionment.

By the late 19th century, the property had been subdivided into separate dwellings; the property on the street front now appears separate from the buildings to the rear.
