Natural England Volunteers, 2009-2015, Natural England Volunteer Archaeological Survey, G38 and G39 (Worksheet). SDV350591.

Stone pile or possible cairn noted at SX77185 80663. No further details of the potential feature provided.
Undergrowth cleared 14.01.2015 prior to fir felling as scheduled. Recommendation: clear fallen rotten tree from on top of pile.
Visited 14.01.2015 and 21.01.2015, sketch made.
Further possible feature at SX77265 80601; pile of stones (possible cairn). Feature measures 4.10 metres by 4.2 metres. Visited 06.02.2015, sketch made, four photos taken. Recommend measured survey and accurate sketch.
Forest management to be made aware of potential features when felling.
