The former field boundary is partly depicted on this map, although the map is damaged here.

A former field boundary of potential medieval date is visible as an earthwork bank on aerial photographs of 1948 onwards, to the south of Hartsmoor Farm. The sinuous earthwork is northeast to southwest aligned. It is depicted as a field boundary on the Parish Tithe Map of approximately 1838-48, although the map is damaged here and is only partly shown. The field boundary has passed out of use by the time of the First Edition Ordnance Survey map. The Historic Landscape Characterisation defines this area as ‘Medieval enclosures based on strip fields’. It remains visible as an earthwork bank on aerial photographs of 1971, although is also possibly visible on digital images of 2007 as a vegetation mark, or possible earthwork.
