A small area of parallel linear earthwork banks, circa 3.5 metres in width, are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1947. Their cross-contour orientation is indicative of tree planting banks of post-medieval or 19th century date, and the area is depicted with trees on the Tithe map suggesting that it was in use as an orchard at this time. The earthworks were not identified on any later available aerial imagery and have probably been levelled.
