A curvilinear earthwork bank, circa 2 metres in width, is visible on aerial photographs taken between 2006 and 2014 and on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. It is interpreted as a relict boundary that once formed part of the medieval field pattern. It is not depicted on the Tithe map so it seems reasonable to assume that it fell out of use prior to the mid-19th century.
