Full description
Bluesky International, 2016, LiDAR DTM data (0.5m resolution) Blackdown Hills and East Devon AONBs: 3 transects, LIDAR ST2000 Bluesky International DTM 24-APR-2016 (Cartographic). SDV359714.
A slight bank and ditch defined enclosure was visible.

A small sub-rectangular or rhomboidal bank defined enclosure of probable medieval to post-medieval date was visible as an earthwork on digital images derived from lidar data on the south-east facing slopes north of Wilmington, west of Hayne Lane, Offwell parish. The low earthwork bank was between 2 and 6 metres wide and enclosed an area measuring roughly 20 by 25 metres in size, in the north-east corner of a field centred on circa ST209006. A narrower external ditch was visible on the south-west side of the enclosure bank. The function of the enclosure is unknown.
