A series of earthwork banks of likely post-medieval to 19th century date are visible on aerial photographs of 1947 onwards, at Conigar Knob. The earthworks comprise a series of narrow linear northwest to southeast aligned banks of possible 18th to 19th century agricultural improvement or orchard banks, the extent of which are defined to the east and north by more substantial banks. These more substantial earthworks appear to define the extent of a small rectilinear shaped plot, approximately 31m in length by 28m in width and appear to be partly defined on the Parish Tithe map. The earthworks remain visible on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016.
