An earthwork bank of a possible medieval to 19th century field boundary is visible on aerial photographs of 1947 and digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016, to the west of Late Haynes. The earthwork bank is linear in shape, is northwest to southeast aligned and closely respects the field patterns depicted here on the First Edition Ordnance Survey map of between the 1880’s-90’s, although appears to have passed out of use by this time. The field boundary has been truncated by two extraction pits (MDV115538).
