A curvilinear cropmark, circa 1.5 metres in width, is visible on aerial photographs taken from 1947. It is interpreted as having formed over the remains of a medieval or post-medieval field boundary bank which, as it is not depicted on the historic mapping, went out of use by the mid-19th century.
