Royal Commission for the Historical Monuments of England, 1993-1998, Dartmoor Royal Forest Project, H. Riley (Report - Survey). SDV346608.

(01/11/1994) Area of tin pits and a small openwork 400 metres south of Foxtor Mires, centred SX 61066943. The area of tin pits lies between SX 61056940 and SX 61196948; they are mostly small, with an average diameter of 1-2 metres and depth of 1 metre. The openwork runs from SX 61066926 to SX 61066936 and is 100 metres long, 1-2 metres wide and 1 metres deep.
