Curvilinear earthwork banks, apparently defining three broadly levelled or sunken areas of circa 10 by 20 metres, are visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2016. They are tentatively interpreted as possible building platforms associated with medieval settlement at Widworthy Barton, although it is possible that they are natural features.
