Hegarty, C. + Knight, S. + Sims, R., 2016-2018, The Blackdown Hills AONB and East Devon River Catchments National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV359463.

A low earthwork bank was visible on digital images derived from data captured in 2016 to the south-east of Ridge Court Farm, Stockland parish.
The earthwork is interpreted as the remains of a former field boundary. It falls within an enclosure pattern characterised as being of post-medieval origin but does not correspond with any boundaries depicted on the Tithe Map for Stockland and the Ordnance Survey First Edition 25 inch map. It is therefore interpreted as a field boundary of post-medieval origin that was removed prior to the 1840s
