Two parallel linear banks, circa 2 metres wide and 3 metres apart, is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs taken from 1947 onwards, and on lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. It is not depicted on the available historic mapping, although a mature broadleaf tree is depicted along the line on the late-19th century OS maps. It is tentatively interpreted as a relict medieval or post-medieval banked trackway that had fallen out of use by the late-19th century.
