Farmstead recorded, comprising three groups of buildings around the main farmyard together with several outlying buildings.

Higher Larkworthy marked, comprising ranges of buildings around a square yard with a pump with the farmhouse on the east side of a smaller yard adjoining to the east together with several outlying buildings. The barn on the west side of the yard has a horse engine house.
