A double-ditched feature, possibly a trackway is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs (p1) to the south-west of Wards Farm. It is considered likely to be a trackway of post medieval origin and was digitally plotted during the National Mapping Programme. The feature is sited within an area described as medieval enclosures based on strip fields in the Historic Landscape Characterisation for Devon.
