The late 19th century historic map shows the small cottage adjacent to the road (not shown on Tithe Map).

Cottage adjacent to Almshouse Cottage SX6972 5958
Not shown on the 1843 Tithe Map but is similar in appearance to the nearby Almshouse Cottage. It faces away from the road north of Almshouse Cottage. It is stone built with the north gable end rendered and the west long front (facing road) slate hung. Two axial chimney stacks (rendered) in gable ends. Windows not visible.
