Parallel ridge and furrow is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs (p1). It is very straight and narrow and therefore considered likely to be post medieval in origin, possibly drainage. The site was digitally plotted during the National Mapping Programme. The features are sited within an area described as rough ground in the Historic Landscape Characterisation for Devon.
