Recorded as House, Courts, Buildings and Roads (plot 89) on the Iddesleigh Tithe Apportionment.

Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.

Farmstead depicted comprising two large adjoining square yards with a smaller yard to the south. The farmhouse is on the southern side of the western yard. A horse engine house is also shown in the north-east corner of the western yard, extending into the eastern yard.

Westpark marked. Comparison with the Tithe map shows the farmstead to have changed little. The horse engine house is no long depicted, however, and an additional open-fronted building is shown to the north.
