Hegarty, C., Knight, S. and Sims, R., 2018-2019, The South Devon Coast to Dartmoor Aerial Investigation and Mapping Survey. Area 1, Haldon Ridge to Dart Valley (Interpretation). SDV361305.

Linear and curvilinear banks and ditches or hollows are visible on digital images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017 as slight earthworks on the north and east facing slopes of Ugbrooke Park, south east of Ugbrooke House, Chudleigh.
The earthwork hollows are between 10 and 15m wide, and 90 and 225 long. Slight banks are visible within some of the hollows. They appear to form a junction of three possible boundaries.
The earthworks do not correspond with any boundaries depicted on the 19th century maps available to the survey. They are interpreted as the remains of a former field boundaries, possibly of medieval to post-medieval origin that were removed prior to circa 1840, possibly for the creation of Ugrooke Park.
