Royal Commission for the Historical Monuments of England, 1987-1993, Duchy Farms Project Survey Visit, S. A. J. Probert (Report - Survey). SDV350839.

(05/02/1992) SX 66138544 to SX 66098528. A dry leat channel formerly feeding tinworkings on the right bank of the Longstone Brook. This short leat is first visible at SX 66138544 in headmire and follows an erratic course to flow into the edge of the extensively streamworked area (SX 68 NE 165) at SX 66098528.
Generally this leat is about 0.9 metres wide with a maximum depth of 0.4 metres. A turf bank lies along its downslope margin though in its middle reaches this feature is double banked as it negotiates a steeper than average slope.
