Two earthwork mounds, covering circa 25 by 27 metres in total are visible on visualisations of lidar data captured in 2013. They are not clearly visible on aerial photographs, although a mound is indistinctly visible on aerial photographs taken in 1946. Given the extractive industry in evidence in the wider vicinity it is possible that they are the remains of extractive pits, but their date and function is not clear from the available imagery.
