Curvilinear and sinuous earthworks of ditches and banks are visible.

Hegarty, C., Knight, S. and Sims, R., 2019-2020, The South Devon Coast to Dartmoor Aerial Investigation and Mapping Survey. Area 2, Avon Valley to Plymouth (AI&M, formerly NMP) (Interpretation). SDV362982.

Curvilinear and sinuous earthworks of ditches and banks, less than 2m wide, are visible on aerial photographs taken from 1946 onwards and on visualisations derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017. The earthworks closely correspond with the course of a possible leat shown in this location on the mid-19th century Parish Tithe Map. The leat extends to a length of circa 1km, from Hele Bottom in the west to Ham Farm in the east, along the southern edge of a watercourse. The earthworks are therefore interpreted as being associated with this leat which is of possible post-medieval or 19th century date. The leat is only partly shown on the late 19th century First Edition Ordnance Survey map, suggesting that it had possibly passed out of use by this time.
