A roughly circular earthwork mound is visible.

A roughly circular earthwork mound, circa 18 metres in diameter, is visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2013. It is located on a slight dip between two areas of high ground north and south of Galmpton Cross and is tentatively interpreted as a Bronze Age barrow.
