Summary

Former threshing barn located at the east end of the north range of farm buildings. It is constructed of cob dating to the 18th century with subsequent extensive brick and corrugated plastic sheet repairs in the 20th century including the George Wreford 1909 refurbishment. The walls of the building have been lowered, and it now has a corrugated sheet roof replacing the original thatch. A modern lean-to structure has been added to the front of the barn, which at the time of the survey was partly ruined. The doorway between the lean-to and the barn has the date 1979 inscribed above it.
