Summary

A poor hut, internal diameter 5.0 metres with stone and earth walling 1.5 metres across and 0.4 metres high. There is a 3.0 metre wide gap on the east side and the west side is built against a parallel reave.

Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1977, SX67SE46 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV140781.

(03/12/1977) Five widely spaced hut circles, centred at SX 681716, occur on the crest and north slopes of a spur between 310 and 330m OD. Each seems to be associated with a single rectilinear field of from 0.5 to 1.0 ha within the local reave system.
SX 68177162. A poor type 1 hut, internal diameter 5.0 metres with stone and earth walling 1.5 metres across and 0.4 metres high. There is a 3.0 metre wide gap on the east side and the west side is built against a parallel reave. Hut circles surveyed at 1:10 000 on PFD.
