Three roughly circular earthwork mounds, the largest of which is 16 metres across at its maximum extent, are visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2013. They are located on a north-east facing slope 250 metres east of high ground and a Bronze Age barrow at Gorvin Cross. The ground surface is obscured by tree cover in many of the historic aerial photographs, but they are clearly visible on aerial photographs taken in 2010 when the land had been cleared. Subsequent replanting appears to have avoided the mounds. Their location is consistent with an interpretation as Bronze Age barrows, though it is possible that they are modern features.
