Curvilinear banks between circa 9 and 20 metres in width are visible as earthworks on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2005 and 2013. The banks form an approximate L-shape and T-shape across two south-west facing fields south-east of Wrixhill.
The banks do not correspond with any features depicted on the available historic maps, however they align with some adjacent depicted field boundaries. The historic landscape is characterised as post-medieval enclosures with medieval elements and medieval enclosures based on strip fields.
The banks are interpreted as field boundaries of medieval to post-medieval origin, that passed out of use prior to circa 1840.
