A series of parallel curvilinear banks between circa 5 and 10 metres in width are visible as earthworks on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2013. The banks are situated across several south facing fields south-east of Eastacott.
The banks do not correspond to any features depicted on the available historic maps. The historic landscape is characterised as post-medieval enclosures with medieval elements.
The banks are interpreted as medieval field boundaries that formed a strip field system, and that passed out of use by the mid-19th century.
