(28/09/2007) Shafts adits and other surface evidence of copper extraction at Virtuous Lady Mine. SX 4788 6977. An open adit which may be associated with the above shaft cuts into the slope just south of the trackway. Ochreous water issues from within the adit which remains open for several metres.
