Visited on 11th March 1993. The northern stone hut circle lies at SX 6208 6335, is attached to the enclosure boundary and is of the simple plan with annex and coursed walling type. The interior of the hut measures 4.7 metres in diameter and is defined by a 2.5 metres wide and 0.75 metres high wall. An annex attached to the east wall of the hut measures 4.7 metres long by 3 metres wide.

Hut Circle '21' of 4.9 metres diameter is the northern of two huts in the southern enclosure at 'Ranny Brook settlements'. An annex is shown on the east side and attached to the northern boundary of the enclosure.
